About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position for a WFM Real Time Analyst based in our state-of-the-art office in central Essen. You will play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency and service level adherence within our dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time contact center performance against established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Analyze real-time data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Proactively manage staffing levels and agent adherence to ensure optimal coverage.
• Communicate effectively with operational teams and management regarding real-time status and recommendations.
• Utilize Workforce Management (WFM) tools and analytics to support operational decision-making.
• Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to real-time operations.

Requirements

• Experience in Workforce Management (WFM) and Real Time Analysis.
• Proficiency in WFM software and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Essen, Germany.
