Zanzibar Pearl is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager Assistant to join our team in Milan. This is a permanent, onsite position for a mid-level professional.

About the Role

As the Hotel Manager Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Hotel Manager in the day-to-day operations of the hotel. Your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth, efficient, and profitable performance of all hotel departments, contributing to an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management:
  • Assist the Hotel Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations.
  • Coordinate effectively between departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage (F&B), and Maintenance to maintain operational excellence.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist with staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Act as a decision-maker in the absence of the General Manager.
• Rooms Division:
  • Supervise and support the Rooms Division operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Operations Management within the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with Rooms Division operations.
• Experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) management.
• Proficiency in Staff Scheduling and Inventory Management.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
