About the Role

Abbott Laboratories is seeking a Territory Manager (Tmti) to join our team in Rome, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position focused on driving sales and fostering relationships within the structural heart therapy and medical devices sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert on structural heart therapy and medical devices for the organization.
• Execute activities to meet annual sales, profit, and budgetary goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and physicians.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Analyze territory and market potential.
• Track sales and prepare status reports.
• Provide reports to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and territory management.
• Familiarity with medical devices, particularly in the structural heart therapy field.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Ability to conduct market analysis.
