F&B Analyst - MSC Cruises, Genoa

MSC Cruises is seeking a motivated F&B Analyst to join our team in Genoa. This is a permanent, onsite position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to the financial success of our fleet's Food & Beverage operations.

About the Role

As an F&B Analyst, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and analysing the financial performance of our fleet's Food & Beverage revenues and costs. You will work closely with various business stakeholders to identify trends, provide accurate reporting, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse fleet Food & Beverage revenues and costs.
• Analyse business trends within the F&B sector.
• Prepare and deliver accurate and timely F&B reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Collaborate with relevant parties across the business to gather information and insights.

Requirements

• Previous working experience in an Analyst role, ideally within the cruise sector.
• Fluency in both English and Italian. Any additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
• A degree in Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• Strong analytical skills.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of Business Objects (BO), QSENSE, and Power BI would be advantageous.
