Armani Hotel Milano, a 5-star luxury hotel situated in the heart of Milan's renowned fashion district, is seeking a dedicated Reservations Advisor to join our Reservation department.

About the Role

As a Reservations Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for many of our esteemed guests, playing a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive booking experience. This is an onsite position with a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound reservation telephone calls politely, professionally, and efficiently, always aiming to meet guest needs.
• Answer and converse with guests over the phone in a professional and efficient manner.
• Communicate politely, efficiently, and in a friendly manner with team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Reservations.
• Strong Customer Service skills.
• Excellent Communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Telephone Skills.
• Understanding of Hotel Operations.
