NXP Semiconductors is seeking an experienced Senior DFT Designer to join our team in Catania. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge mixed-signal and digital integrated circuits.

About the Role

As a Senior DFT Designer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and verification of Design for Test (DFT) architectures for complex System-on-Chips (SoCs). You will collaborate closely with RTL, physical design, verification, product, and test teams to ensure robust testability and high-quality silicon.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the full DFT design flow, including specification definition.
• Design, implement, and verify DFT architectures for complex SoCs.
• Work closely with RTL, physical design, verification, product, and test teams.
• Ensure robust testability and high-quality silicon.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior DFT Designer.
• Strong understanding of DFT methodologies.
• Experience with SoC design.
• Proficiency in RTL design and verification.
• Familiarity with physical design flows.
• Knowledge of test methodologies.
