About the Role

As an HSE Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and healthy working environment. You will collaborate with the team to develop and implement essential health, safety, and environmental initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the creation of the DVR (Document about Company Risk's Valuation).
• Write and update procedures related to HSE activities.
• Assist in the development and delivery of worker training programs focused on workplace safety.
• Manage health supervision processes and HSE-related training.
• Contribute to the overall HSE strategy and its implementation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HSE Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience in procedure writing.
• Familiarity with developing and delivering training programs.
• Knowledge of health supervision principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Fluency in Italian is required.
