About the Role

As a Client Operations Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery within a fast-paced fintech environment. This role is ideal for someone seeking a job without boundaries, offering flexibility and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive, end-to-end support for customer online orders, including:
    • Delivery management
    • Shipping investigations
    • Returns processing
    • Payment transactions and refunds
    • Handling inbound/outbound calls

  • Manage sensitive customer and client information in strict compliance with PCI and GDPR policies.

Requirements

  • Flawless written and oral communication skills in English (B2 level).
  • Proficiency in Dutch (written and oral) is essential.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Experience in a back-office environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Interest in understanding and achieving individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Knowledge of SAP and back-office operations is advantageous, but training can be provided.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work overtime due to order volume fluctuations.

  • Ability to work with sensitive and classified information is an advantage.
