About the Role

We are seeking a Transformation Architect with deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and a genuine curiosity about the healthcare industry. This role is for a driven individual who takes pride in exceptional work, builds trust rapidly, and excels at guiding customers through complex challenges to develop clear digital transformation strategies.

You will lead customer engagements to understand business challenges, assess current-state architectures, and design differentiated future-state solutions built on Zscaler’s Zero Trust Exchange. Your work will be crucial in helping our critical healthcare customers securely modernize and achieve their digital transformation goals. You will facilitate strategic workshops, combining technical expertise with business insight to plan and accelerate Zero Trust transformations, shaping high-level architectures, roadmaps, and design strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional workshops to identify business priorities, technical challenges, and current-state architectures.
• Guide customers through Zero Trust digital transformations aligned with their business objectives.
• Identify customer pain points, drivers for change, and decision criteria.
• Translate customer requirements into robust architectures, use cases, and solution designs.
• Lead strategic architecture discussions with both executive and technical stakeholders.
• Differentiate Zscaler through technical vision and architectural leadership.
• Develop high-level Zero Trust architectures and transformation roadmaps.
• Assess existing environments and deliver actionable future-state recommendations, including High-Level Design documentation.
• Influence and mentor teammates across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in networking and cybersecurity.
• Advanced degree or equivalent technical experience, supported by relevant industry certifications.
• Deep knowledge of NIST Zero Trust Architecture and related laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of networking and security environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated technical depth and credibility through advanced industry certifications in networking, cybersecurity, or network architecture (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE, CISSP, or equivalent).
• Experience in a customer-facing technical leadership or evangelist role.
• Cloud expertise or experience in adjacent technical domains.
