Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Singularu is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be a vital point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel supported, valued, and have their issues resolved efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and issues across various channels, including email, phone, and chat, providing prompt and empathetic responses.
• Process exchanges, returns, and track orders to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Address customer questions regarding products, availability, and order status with clear and accurate information.
• Respond to product reviews, contributing to the enhancement of the brand experience.
• Collaborate with the team to identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Utilize CRM tools to log and monitor all customer interactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, client support, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and platforms.
• Highly organized, customer-oriented, and proactive attitude.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort working with digital tools.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce or retail.
• Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Gorgias, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• Experience managing inquiries via email, phone, and chat simultaneously.
• Knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.
