Sidel is seeking a senior Group Reporting and Digitalization Manager to join their team in Parma. Reporting to the Group Controlling Vice President, you will play a key role in leading group controlling activities, collaborating closely with the entire finance department, and ensuring the overall financial reporting to management.

About the Role

As the global controller for support functions, you will act as a dedicated business partner to the management of these departments. A significant aspect of this role involves driving the digitalization journey within controlling, working in partnership with Business, Controlling, and Digital teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the group reporting team.
• Oversee and contribute to overall financial reporting to management.
• Act as a business partner for support function management.
• Drive the digitalization of controlling processes.
• Collaborate with Business, Controlling, and Digital teams on digitalization initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Group Reporting and Controlling.
• Demonstrated ability in Digitalization initiatives within a finance context.
• Strong Financial Reporting skills.
• Experience in Business Partnering.
• Senior level of experience.
