Plant Controller - Christian Dior Couture (Firenze)

Christian Dior Couture is seeking a Senior Plant Controller to join our team at our Leather Goods plant in Florence. This is a permanent, onsite position reporting directly to the Industrial Controlling Manager.

About the Role

As the Plant Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the operations of our Florence plant. You will be responsible for defining and improving operational flows and processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across all industrial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Leather Goods plant in Florence.
• Define and improve operational flows and processes.
• Prepare and monitor key industrial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including:
  • Department productivity
  • Cost efficiency
  • Extra consumption
• Monitor inventory levels and support the inventory process.
• Validate inventory adjustments.
• Perform monthly closing activities, including the analysis of actual versus budget variances.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Plant Controlling.
• Strong understanding of Industrial KPIs.
• Proficiency in Inventory Management.
• Experience with Budget Variance Analysis.
• Skilled in financial Reporting.
• Ability to work onsite in Florence.
