Associate Customer Onboarding Manager

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a motivated and organized Associate Customer Onboarding Manager to join our Customer Experience team. This role is crucial in facilitating the onboarding and software lifecycle activities for clients engaged in recurring revenue agreements. You will be the primary point of contact for clients post-signature, guiding them through license consumption, OEM tools, provisioning, reporting, and custom requests. Your main objective is to proactively remove obstacles, build a strong foundation, and maximize the utilization of entitled software and features, ultimately helping our clients achieve their business goals.

About the Role

As an Associate Customer Onboarding Manager, you will:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, field sales, and all Enterprise Agreement (EA) activities.
  • Support assigned Customer Experience team members by adhering to timelines, requirements, and priorities.
  • Manage client requests to transition EA deals and lifecycle onboarding to an operational state.
  • Develop materials and facilitate customer onboarding kickoff calls.
  • Document onboarding activities in Gainsight, following established playbook protocols.
  • Construct and present Customer Success Roadmaps to encourage increased adoption and utilization.
  • Develop templatized materials for reviewing data sets within tools for onboarding purposes.
  • Construct clients' online portals, detailing EA specifics, requirements, WWT services, and engagements.
  • Provide in-depth licensing training and best practices.
  • Maintain ongoing knowledge and insight of supported products and programs.
  • Partner with all areas of WWT to ensure clients are exposed to services and value throughout their agreements.
  • Engage with OEM partners to gain expertise around their products, people, and processes.
  • Manage all aspects of client requests to drive consumption, working closely with WWT delivery departments.
  • Identify new areas of opportunity beyond current organizational thinking.
  • Self-educate and manage your time, focus, and efforts to onboard yourself into the role, leveraging senior team members as mentors.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, Business Development, or Project Management.
  • A foundational understanding of Cisco Enterprise Agreements, products, and solutions is required. Cisco certification is a plus.
  • Proven ability to solve problems quickly and apply a common-sense approach to challenges.
  • Ability and willingness to perform comfortably in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience interacting with all levels of a corporate structure.
  • Previous Program/Project management experience is a definite plus.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Strong internal motivation and a passion for learning.
  • Proven facilitation skills.
  • Strong project or process management skills.
  • Undergraduate Degree in a related field is required.
