Christian Dior Couture is seeking an experienced Capex and Opex Industrial Controller to join our team in Florence. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial management of our prestigious shoes and leather goods business.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Industrial Controlling Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing both operational expenses (Opex) and capital expenditures (Capex) for our shoes and leather goods divisions. You will be instrumental in defining and enhancing financial processes and flows, ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting, and providing insightful financial reporting to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control operational expenses (Opex) and capital expenditures (Capex) for the shoes and leather goods business.
• Define, improve, and standardize financial flows and processes across divisions.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets and long-term financial plans (3-year/5-year plans).
• Execute month-end and year-end closing activities, including detailed analysis of actual versus budget variances.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management, providing key insights and recommendations.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Industrial Controlling, with a strong focus on Capex and Opex management.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial reporting.
• Experience in standardizing and improving financial processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and report to management.
