About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive our sales efforts across Europe. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work within a major European hub city, with the expectation of regular travel to our offices in Vicenza, Italy, and other key locations within the region. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
• Drive business development initiatives to identify and secure new opportunities.
• Manage and grow international sales within the assigned European territory.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to understand competitive landscapes and identify trends.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development.
• Demonstrated success in International Sales.
• Strong understanding of Market Analysis techniques.
• Excellent Customer Relationship Management skills.
• Ability to travel regularly within Europe and to Italy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is essential.
