Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Spa Manager / Head Therapist in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism across all spa operations.
• Deliver a range of spa treatments to the highest standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to established protocols.
• Contribute to meeting operational targets and performance goals.
• Maintain the five-star level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the spa facilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist.
• Excellent knowledge of various spa treatments and techniques.
• Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
• Impeccable attention to detail regarding cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to adhere strictly to treatment standards and protocols.
• Fluency in English is required.
