The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Onboarding Specialist to join our Customer Success team. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on direct customer interaction, is comfortable with light technical tasks, and is eager to build a career in SaaS and customer success.

Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate a smooth and efficient launch of hospitality venues onto the Bite platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide hospitality customers through the onboarding and launch process on the Bite platform.
  • Configure customer accounts to align with their specific operational needs.
  • Assist with DNS and web domain changes, including editing DNS records and providing customer guidance.
  • Actively manage and reduce Time to Launch (TTL), our key success metric.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement improvements to onboarding processes and the overall customer experience.
  • Support customer launch promotions by preparing marketing materials using Canva templates.
  • Maintain clear documentation of onboarding steps, configurations, and customer requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills and confidence in direct customer engagement.
  • A genuine interest in SaaS, technology, and customer experience.
  • Prior experience in a SaaS environment is preferred, though not essential.
  • Comfort with DNS records and basic technical configurations (training will be provided).
  • Basic HTML knowledge is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Canva and following design templates.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple onboardings simultaneously.
  • Must be based in Australia and available to work during Australian business hours.
