About the Role

As a Merchandising Representative, you will be a brand ambassador for Celsius, working across various distribution channels including grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience stores. You will be responsible for executing merchandising initiatives, driving sales, and ensuring optimal product placement and visibility. This is a field-based, driving position requiring regular travel within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute merchandising initiatives to promote Celsius products.
• Visit target accounts to build relationships and drive sales.
• Sell in new floor displays, end caps, and PDQ placements.
• Communicate sales leads and new opportunities to the territory manager.
• Expand product distribution within store guidelines.
• Ensure shelves, cold vaults, and coolers are stocked and merchandised according to brand flow.
• Rotate backstock and ensure product freshness.
• Place approved point-of-sale materials.
• Support new store openings and store resets.
• Document weekly activities, including taking and submitting photos of displays and merchandising.
• Conduct product demonstrations as requested.
• Develop and maintain a list of target accounts for weekly and monthly planning.
• Communicate regularly with sales management.
• Make approximately 15-20 account calls per day.
• Track and complete all account calls using the Celsius sales app.
• Submit weekly work logs, including mileage.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0-2 years of experience in retail or merchandising; prior merchandising experience is a plus.
• A valid U.S. Driver's License and an excellent driving record. Applicants must pass an MVR screening.
• Personal vehicle required; an allowance will be provided.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including a 40-hour work week, typically Wednesday through Sunday.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
