Collegio alla Querce, a former cultural institution and beloved boarding school, is being transformed to awaken its storied history. As Auberge's third European destination, it promises to be a delight for design lovers and gourmands. The property features 83 rooms across three original buildings, an original chapel and theater, a library, two restaurants, and a bar.

About the Role

As Wellness Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and overseeing the wellness offerings at Collegio alla Querce. This onsite role requires a blend of management expertise, a passion for hospitality, and a strong understanding of wellness operations. You will contribute to creating a unique and memorable experience for our guests, aligning with the romantic and historic ambiance of the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs and services.
• Manage daily wellness operations, ensuring high standards of service.
• Oversee staff within the wellness department.
• Ensure exceptional customer service for all guests utilizing wellness facilities.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate wellness offerings seamlessly into the overall guest experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Wellness management.
• Strong background in Hospitality.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Experience in Operations management.
• Ability to work onsite in Firenze.
