We are seeking an experienced IT Operations & Service Manager to join our team in Verona.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee IT operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Implement and maintain IT Service Management best practices.
• Contribute to risk management strategies within the IT function.
• Support the insurance business operations through effective IT services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT Operations and Service Management.
• Familiarity with the insurance industry, particularly agricultural risks.
• Knowledge of risk management principles.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and service delivery.
