About the Role

ThermoFisher Scientific is seeking a Lead, Sterile Area to join their team in Monza, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position for a senior-level professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the achievement of production targets in terms of quantity and quality for the assigned department.
• Plan, supervise, and monitor manufacturing activities on a daily and weekly basis.
• Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safety Standards.

Requirements

• Experience in GMP environments.
• Proven experience in manufacturing and production planning.
• Supervision and quality control skills.
• Understanding of cleanroom protocols, which include restrictions on personal items such as hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, and facial hair.
