About the Role

As a Home Consultant, you will be an integral part of our Managed Services program. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct in-person assessments of luxury homes. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to accurately document property conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person assessments of Airbnb Luxe properties.
• Document the condition of each home thoroughly.
• Capture high-quality photographs of the property.
• Prepare and submit detailed evaluation reports to support the luxury quality review process.
• Uphold the exceptional quality and hospitality standards expected from Airbnb Luxe homes.

Requirements

• Proven ability in communication and customer service.
• Experience with reporting and assessment processes.
• Basic photography skills are essential.
• Ability to conduct assessments efficiently, typically completing consultations in approximately 2 hours.
