Key Responsibilities

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be involved in various aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, contributing to finding and attracting top talent for Amazon. While specific responsibilities will be detailed upon joining, the program is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of talent acquisition processes.

Requirements

To be considered for this program, you should possess:

• A Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, Economics, or a similar field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, with a clear focus on delivering business results.
• Business fluency (C1 level) in English and at least one of the following languages: German, French, or Italian.
• Fluency in additional languages (e.g., German, French, or Italian) is considered a plus.
• Previous working experience is not required for this role, making it ideal for recent graduates.
