Adidas is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team for a 12-month contract. This role is crucial in supporting our Corporate Functions and Retail Operations, with a particular focus on our Factory Outlet Stores in the North-East Region. You will play a pivotal role in driving strategic HR initiatives to foster organizational excellence, enhance employee engagement, and promote inclusive practices, ultimately enabling business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a strategic HR partner to corporate departments, including Finance and Supply Chain.
• Retail Operations Support: Provide HR business partnering support to Retail Operations, with a specific focus on Factory Outlet Stores in the North-East Region.
• Organizational Excellence: Drive initiatives that contribute to organizational excellence within your supported business areas.
• Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to foster high levels of employee engagement.
• Inclusive Practices: Champion and embed inclusive HR practices across the organization.

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
