Key Responsibilities

• Implement and champion reliability best practices across the facility.
• Develop and continuously optimize preventive maintenance tasks and schedules.
• Provide essential support for various maintenance activities.
• Collaborate effectively with other technical groups on site, including process engineering, maintenance, and operations teams.
• Interact with corporate technical teams as needed to align on strategies and solutions.

• Strong background in developing and optimizing preventive maintenance programs.
• Experience supporting diverse maintenance activities.
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with process engineering, maintenance, and operations teams.
