About the Role

As myPOS continues to expand, we are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Naples. This is an onsite, permanent position where you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to help us achieve our mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Contribute to the overall HR and talent acquisition strategy.

Requirements
