About the Role

As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful achievement of production targets for the assigned department, focusing on both quantity and quality. This involves meticulous planning, effective supervision, and continuous monitoring of all manufacturing activities on a daily and weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and monitor manufacturing activities to meet production targets.
• Ensure adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards.
• Oversee daily and weekly production operations within the department.
• Maintain a high level of quality control throughout the manufacturing process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Experience with Production Planning and Supervision.
• Familiarity with Quality Control procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a cleanroom environment, adhering to strict protocols regarding personal appearance (e.g., no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair).
