About the Role

ABB is seeking a Global Feeder Factory Manager to join our team in Genova, Italy. As a global market leader, ABB empowers industries to operate more efficiently and sustainably. This senior-level, permanent, onsite position reports to the Global Operations Manager for the Business Line Power Reliability.

Key Responsibilities

The Global Feeder Factory Manager will have full accountability for key activities within the Global Feeder Factory. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Overseeing all factory operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Managing and developing the factory team.
• Implementing and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Contributing to the overall global operations strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Operations Management and Factory Management.
• Demonstrated ability in Global Operations and Supply Chain management.
• Strong Leadership skills.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
