National Admissions Advisor - Rome Business School

Location: Rome, Italy (On-site) Contract: Permanent Start Date: September 16th

Rome Business School is seeking a resilient, persuasive, and internationally minded National Admissions Advisor to join our Admissions Department. This is an on-site position based in Rome, requiring daily commute to Via Terenzio 35, RM 00193.

As a National Admissions Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective students based in Italy. You will guide them through their educational journey, from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a positive and informative experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students based in Italy to understand their academic and career aspirations.
• Provide comprehensive information about Rome Business School's programs, admission requirements, and application processes.
• Advise students on the best course options to meet their individual goals.
• Manage a pipeline of prospective students, nurturing relationships and driving enrollment.
• Conduct follow-up communications via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with the Admissions team to achieve departmental targets.
• Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Admissions, Student Advising, Sales, or a related customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and build rapport.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Resilience and a proactive approach to achieving goals.
• An international mindset and understanding of diverse student needs.
• Must be based in Rome and willing to commute daily to the specified office address.
• Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
