Social Media Manager (Remote, Contract)

Be Balanced Co. is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time contract basis, with a monthly retainer. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates worldwide.

About the Role

As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will manage all our social media accounts, creating engaging content, monitoring trends, and interacting with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging and high-quality content (text, images, video).
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, relevant news, and competitor activity.
• Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and basic graphic design/video editing.
• Understanding of social media KPIs and analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
