About the Role

RE:LAB Srl is seeking a Model Based Designer to join our team in Modena. This onsite role focuses on designing and developing Human-Machine Interfaces with a strong emphasis on user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI).
• Contribute to a User-Centred and User-Experience driven design process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of designers, human factor experts, and engineers.
• Work towards improving the relationship between people and technologies.

Requirements

• Experience in HMI design.
• Understanding of Human-Machine Interfaces.
• Proficiency in User-Centred design principles.
• Experience with User-Experience (UX) design methodologies.
• Strong design skills.
