Stefanini is seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team in Rome. This is a mid-level position for an individual with strong technical troubleshooting abilities and experience with Windows operating systems.

About the Role

As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing essential technical support to end-users. You will manage and resolve IT-related issues, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems and devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support tickets within established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting for PCs (desktops and laptops).
• Resolve errors related to Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Manage the device lifecycle, including creation, modification, and retirement of assets within an asset management tool.
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy and quality of the asset management database.
• Read and comprehend English technical documents, including working instructions and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Ability to understand and follow English technical documentation.
• Experience with device lifecycle management and asset management tools is a plus.
