Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly payroll in coordination with our external labor consultant, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage employee attendance, leave balances, and vacation schedules in alignment with internal policies.
• Support the finance team by collecting and processing personnel cost data in Excel for reporting purposes.
• Maintain and update employee documentation related to contracts, variations, and legal compliance (e.g., GDPR, safety protocols).

Requirements

• Previous experience or a strong interest in payroll and HR administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
• Understanding of HR compliance principles.
• Familiarity with GDPR regulations.
