IT Region Italy Associate Manager

About the Role

Barilla is seeking an experienced IT Region Italy Associate Manager to join their team in Parma, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position.

As a key business counterpart for regional stakeholders, you will be responsible for designing IT solutions and managing the execution of assigned projects to support the regional business. You will play a crucial role in monitoring the status of initiatives, maintaining status reports, and ensuring high standards for deliverables and project team commitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the business counterpart for regional stakeholders on respective processes.
• Design IT solutions to support regional business needs.
• Manage the execution of assigned IT projects.
• Monitor the status of initiatives and activities.
• Maintain status reports.
• Ensure a high standard in the level of deliverables.
• Oversee the commitment of all project teams (internal and external).
• Continuously monitor the performance of running solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis.
• Experience in solution design.
• Solid understanding of IT principles and practices.
• Experience within the manufacturing industry is a plus.
