About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Functional Analyst to join our team in Bologna. In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions, ensuring our clients' information systems effectively support their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for IT systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
• Design and document functional solutions within various information systems.
• Support the implementation and testing of new functionalities.
• Provide expertise and guidance on best practices in IT consulting.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Functional Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Information Systems and digital technologies.
• Experience in a consulting environment is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in English.
