About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Director to join our team in Padova. This is a permanent, onsite executive position responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all financial operations and planning.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support company growth and objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Manage financial risks and opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial management at an executive level.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability in strategic decision-making.
• Experience in teamwork and collaboration.
• Knowledge of environmental consulting or science-based solutions is a plus.
