Automation Product Support

About the Role

Sidel is seeking an experienced Automation Product Support Expert to join their Beverages & Beer Qualification & Technical Support team. This role is primarily based in the backoffice and focuses on ensuring the operational follow-up and technical support for End-of-Line (EOL) beverage products, including Palletizers/Depalletizers, associated robotic equipment, and third-party line equipment (conveyors, process equipment) on the automation side.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for EOL beverage products and associated automation equipment.
• Manage the operational follow-up of robotic manipulators and third-party line equipment.
• Contribute to internal and external validation processes for new product introductions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Automation and Technical Support.
• Familiarity with Robotic systems.
• Knowledge of End-of-Line (EOL) processes, particularly in the beverage industry.
• Experience supporting manufacturing environments.
