About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our Carhartt WIP store in Florence. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-level individual to contribute to a dynamic retail environment and represent a brand with a rich heritage.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all store visitors.
• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming store atmosphere.

Requirements

• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Passion for the Carhartt WIP brand and its products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
