Since 1999, the luxury goods division of the Kering Group has owned Yves Saint Laurent, with Anthony Vaccarello serving as Creative Director since April 2016.

We are seeking a passionate and client-focused Client Advisor to join our Saint Laurent team in Bari. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience, embodying the brand's values and heritage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice on Saint Laurent products.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a diverse clientele.
• Drive sales by showcasing the latest collections and promoting brand loyalty.
• Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Client Advisor or in a similar client-facing role within the luxury fashion or retail sector.
• A strong understanding of and passion for the luxury fashion industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A client-centric approach with a dedication to providing outstanding service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Fluency in Italian is required. Proficiency in English is a strong asset.
