Finance and Administration Manager

About the Role

CAP INGELEC, an international Design and Build group specializing in complex buildings, is looking for a senior Finance and Administration Manager to join our team in Milan. We are primarily involved in turnkey construction, renovation, and extension projects within the Datacenter, Critical Utilities, and Industry sectors. With 15 locations globally and 600 dedicated employees, we share a passion for designing and building challenging projects with commitment and ingenuity, while also focusing on environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all financial and administrative operations.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Support project management with financial insights.
• Contribute to the financial strategy of construction and renovation projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Finance and Administration.
• Experience within the Datacenter, Construction, or related industries is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Project Management principles from a financial perspective.
• Senior-level expertise.
