About the Role

Rijk Zwaan is seeking a dedicated Crop Specialist to join their team in Bologna, Italy. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating crop activities for specific crops within the Italian territory. This is a permanent, onsite position.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate crop activities for designated crops in Italy.
• Collect and analyze market information.
• Develop product development plans and trial plans.
• Evaluate trial results.
• Prepare introduction plans for new products.
• Develop marketing plans.
• Contribute to sales planning.
• Collaborate closely with the commercial team, including sales representatives and the product development team.
