About the Role

Viva.com is seeking an Operations Support & Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Milan. This is a permanent, onsite position for a mid-level professional. You will play a crucial role in supporting our Italian team, ensuring smooth operations, and facilitating a positive experience for our merchants.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to the Italian team across sales, administration, and special projects.
• Assist merchants with after-sales inquiries, including document submission, Viva Wallet account management, and terminal support.
• Identify new business leads and maintain accurate customer data within the database.
• Execute defined sales campaigns.
• Prepare essential sales materials such as presentations, scripts, and folders.
• Manage various operational tasks to ensure efficiency.
