About the Role
LHP Europe is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Bologna. This is a permanent, onsite position focused on driving productivity, growth, and fostering strong client relationships within our consulting business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Business Unit’s processes to enhance productivity and achieve growth.
- Design and implement daily operational programs aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage key account activities, ensuring adequate resource allocation.
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with relevant partners and customers.
- Define cost parameters and manage the overall Profit & Loss (P&L) for the services business.
- Develop and maintain plans for sales forecasting, targeting, and attainment.
- Ensure customer requirements are met effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development.
