About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Market Specialist / Analyst with at least 1 year of experience in crypto or trading. This is a hands-on role where you will support daily market operations, monitor trading activity, and contribute to improving our strategies. You will have the opportunity to learn and contribute simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor crypto market movements, prices, and liquidity.
• Support trading operations on exchanges (Spot, Futures, Options).
• Assist with rebalancing assets across multiple exchanges (Centralized Exchanges and Decentralized Exchanges).
• Track and report technical or financial issues to the development team.
• Analyze internal data and charts to identify market signals.
• Ensure trading bots adhere to risk rules and performance targets.
• Assist with treasury records and coordinate with the finance team.
• Communicate with the commercial team regarding client trading results.

Requirements

• A basic understanding of spot, futures, and options markets.
• An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• The ability to work under pressure and make timely decisions.
• Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• A team player who is adaptable and self-organized.
