About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Bologna, Italy. This is a permanent, onsite position focused on driving sales growth within the new energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently develop and onboard B2B clients for new energy products.
• Expand our client base and foster strong business relationships.
• Drive sales performance and achieve regional targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales.
• Strong client development and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of the New Energy sector.
• Familiarity with Electrical Technology.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.
