About the Role
As a Public Area Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and order throughout the resort's public spaces, ensuring a welcoming and immaculate environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Remove trash, vacuum, dust, and clean all designated offices.
- Regularly sweep, mop, and clean the lobby, front desk area, and lobby restrooms, maintaining cleanliness throughout the day.
- Ensure all guest supplies in public areas are consistently available and replenished.
- Provide courteous and professional service to all guests at all times.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
- Possess a sound knowledge of the company's facilities and related services.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, conditions, and regulations as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
