About the Role

DoorDash's Strategy & Operations team is seeking a data-driven and strategic Associate Manager to join our mission to reduce fraud, accelerate growth, and protect our platform. You will be instrumental in defining and executing strategies to combat fraud, ensuring a seamless experience for our Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants, while keeping malicious actors at bay. This is an opportunity to make a direct business impact and tackle complex challenges with tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement DoorDash's strategy in new areas, taking ownership of delivering direct business impact.
• Conduct end-to-end analysis of fraud vectors across the DoorDash platform to identify bad actors and enhance the experience for legitimate users.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to establish goals and build strategic programs.
• Leverage data-driven decision-making to run experiments aimed at reducing fraud and accelerating growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, investment banking, analytics, or a related field. High-growth tech experience is preferred.
• Proven experience leading large projects, achieving goals, and succeeding in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel is required.
