About the Role

ELETTROITALIA SRL is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of our industrial motor business across Italy and Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to develop new customer bases and cultivate lasting business relationships within the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with distributors, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and industrial customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout Italy and Europe.
• Conduct customer visits and actively participate in commercial negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Business Development and Sales.
• Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Industrial Motors.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
