Collection Specialist

About the Role

ZOLL Medical Corporation is seeking a dedicated Collection Specialist to join our team in Piacenza, Italy. As part of the ZOLL Cardiac Management Solutions division, you will contribute to our mission of providing innovative medical devices, software, and services that diagnose and treat patients with severe cardiopulmonary and respiratory diseases. Our LifeVest wearable defibrillator has already protected over a million patients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve outstanding accounts receivable.
• Contact customers to collect on past-due invoices.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of collection activities.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely payments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in collections.
• Familiarity with the medical device industry is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
