Rocco Forte Hotels is seeking a senior F&B Operations Manager to join the team at the stunning Villa Igiea in Palermo. This iconic hotel, reopened in May 2021 after extensive renovations, offers a unique blend of contemporary design and historic Liberty charm. Overlooking the flourishing gardens and the Gulf of Palermo, Villa Igiea boasts 100 rooms and suites, a renowned culinary offering led by Chef Fulvio Pierangelini, a luxurious Wellness Centre, and a well-equipped fitness area.

Key Responsibilities

As the F&B Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing the food and beverage operations within the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient service delivery.

• Proven experience in Operations Management within the hospitality sector.
